Still watching this but there was a Survivorman episode where Les Stroud was deserted on a tropical island and all he could find to eat was coconuts. At first he was in heaven and thought it was a luxury compared to his previous scenarios but by the end he was extremely dehydrated from constant diarrhea and swore he'd never eat coconut again lol One of the few times he had to quit early

Grounding yourself to the earth can actually be helpful, it's not gonna heal you but when you electrically ground yourself to the earth it can help relieve pain from inflammation issues, doesn't cure it just mitigates it a lil, works really well after a long exercise where your body is sore the next day, walking barefoot or laying in the grass can help with said soreness, it also aparently helps with digestion and blood flow.
