Tony: "This site could be from ANY time period!" Francis: "Well, that's life." 🤷🏼♂️ Tony: "That's Time Team." Yet another glorious Time Team moment 😂💟

Anyone else notice the guy at 4:29 has a ring on his left index finger covered in Elvish?

One thing I have always wondered about is, once the 3rd day ends and the site being worked on requires more work, what happens then ? Does another team come to the site to continue the work ?

Well, they clean up the site and bury whatever else is there for future searches. Then they give all the information and diagrams they've made to the local archeology team. All of the information is recorded into the national records. Sometimes, if the archeology is very interesting and the local village has enough money, they will finish the site. Sometimes, this can also be a pain for the land owner because if they want to build or move they have to go through all this paperwork and money because of the now historic site. But, more often than not, the site is reburied and recorded for any future digs.

Personally, whenever an interesting programme is interrupted by an advertisement I make a mental note of the product and determine never to buy it as long as I live. I wonder if advertisers would bother with KZbin if they knew they were paying specifically not to have their products bought.

Thank you for the videos but the editing really needs to be better, the same scenes shown twice and music played over people talking.

This 1st site is neolithic, not bronze age...
@SamyulDavis Жыл бұрын
It's both! With some Roman representation too.
@christianbuczko1481 Жыл бұрын
@@SamyulDavis no, its clearly established as neolithic. The fact later cultures recognised its importance doesnt change that. Otherwise you could call stonehenge roman or the pyramids modern.

Episode guide logs it in terms of find representation, not just how far back the dig goes.

als jemand der auf dem Land gelebt hat, könnte ich heulen wenn ich die Bagger da sehe wie der Mais da umgebaggert wird. Oder die Archäologen da drin herumtrampeln.

They were invited by the landowner. I doubt they'd ruin anything they didn't have permission to.

@@choughed3072 i know that.and it is also well documented. but still, the landowner could have cut down the maize and feed it to his cattle?

I think Tony is way to pessimistic and short with every one that is male. He has a Napoleon complex and drinks to much.
