I own my Seiko fifty Fathoms Gold & black, looks very close. Love that watch. This is similar and 10 times EXPENSIVE I suppose, considering of course the size aside, I heard If im not mistaken the captain is 40 mm.

This version is just under 41mm although the bezel diameter is slightly bigger. I've actually wanted to try the Fifty Fathoms. They look great.

Great piece for the rotation. Like nothing else anyone will already have which helps keeps the horological rotation feast fresh. I’d ditch the NATO and bang it on a nice dark tan strap.

I like it. I heard 80 hr power reserve but i didn't hear beat rate. The 80s' I know of are 3 hertz movements. I love your friendly channel.

Nice review. I recently purchased the 42mm steel on beads of rice bracelet, Black dial. Really nice, very thin. Got mine from Jomashop, the retail on this is very high. Was considering green, but they didn’t have it on Bracelet, and the price was the same. I have noticed many red Dials released recently. Can be really nice. I don’t remember seeing this dial on the steel model. Mine also has the red on silver date-wheel . Something a little different. I think they should of lumed the Bezel, would of made for a nice effect.

I really like the beads of rice bracelet models. I've tried a couple on and it gives a nice feel on wrist. I don't believe the red is available on steel yet but that would nice.

I like these Captain Cook watches but they are a little pricey. When you started to turn the bezel, I started to turn my Christopher Ward's bezel to compare. Totally normal right? 😅
