Hi, excellent video you made there, this has helped me out a lot. I have one question, what torque setting did you use for the 11mm water pump bolts please? I have looked all over the internet and can't find the values for that! Thank you.

I was thinking about doing the timing belt on my 407 but this scares me! :-) Might let the process sink in for a couple of days and see if it still seems so daunting.

Nice video, what are the camshaft seal(s) and crankshaft seal like to do (replace) on this engine? I normally do these seals when replacing a cambelt. Also I mark the rotation on the old belt (if it looks good to reuse as an emergency belt if you can't get one..)

Doing this this weekend just done drive shaft and lower arms alternator and exhaust. I don't have the cam belt kit but I've got some 6mm Allen keys which will work. It's a Citroën Berlingo 1,6 petrol 2003

if you had that 1" more space life would be easy working on them

You can create a lot more space by jacking the front of the engine up or down, as needed.
