Great video man, i was wondering what exatcly is your leg routine, yo do 50 reps in 1 minute? Rest 2 min and continúe, how many sets do u do? Am trying to grow my legs from home

My routine is visible in every video 😉 I just make small goals and alwyas work toward them. Nothing is set in stone
