@@GM-tx4sg It sounds strange to hear Timothee Chalamet do this speech, considering he hangs out with rappers in real life, but we have to forget about that here. His speech started from 0:58 , and ended with him saying about the mailroom guys, "This culture is hateful. And what right does any human being have to be hateful, huh?" Basically, his character was a typical racist, who rants loudly and is critical of black people's culture, but is unaware of his own hatefulness. It's ironic.

His good friend Stephane Bak as Othello! I'm really looking forward to seeing him in The French Dispatch.
@nataliavelazquezburgos3264 жыл бұрын
I’ve been doing more research into the play and Stephane Bak would make a good Cassio instead of Othello simply because he’s too young to be Othello. It would also be a greater dynamic to see real life friends play enemies. I do suggest Saoirse Ronan for Emilia, though.
@AbcDef-ww2gy4 жыл бұрын
@@nataliavelazquezburgos326 A black Cassio: interesting twist. You are correct that Othello should be older than Iago, although it isn't specified by how much. I would therefore suggest Daniel Kaluuya as Othello, since he is already in his 30s.
