Fun Fact: Less than a year before the movie's release, someone doing routine storage cleanup accidentally deleted 90% of the project's files, and the backup files weren't working either. Fortunately, the supervising tech director, Galyn Sussman, had been working on a copy at home while on maternity leave, and they were able to hook it up to the main system. @peterspecht18972 жыл бұрын
It is a perfect sequel. I don't know if I think it's better or worse than the original, but as you guys discussed, it built on everything from the first. Also, a commonly held fan theory is that Jesse's Emily is Andy's Mom. The basis of this theory is that the Cowboy hat that Andy wears is the same design as Jesse’s rather than Woody's. The idea is that this could easily have been the one item she hung on to from those days and now has passed it on to her son.
@xpinkbunnieinwonderlandx84542 жыл бұрын

I still stand by my belief that the nightmare scene in this movie is the most demonic thing that has ever come out of a children's Disney film. 😱

Disney has gone much darker than that

@@artsysabs Yeah: Black Cauldron, Fantasia's Bald Mountain scene and opening Scene of Hunchback to name few, but darkest in Pixar films? Maybe?

@@thejamppa To be fair, I haven’t actually seen any of those movies so in my adult life it can be easier to get used to them; but as a kid that whole dream sequence traumatised me for years and I developed a habit of trying to stay away from movies I hadn’t seen before (I was quite paranoid back then). Of course this isn’t a problem for me now, having embraced the horror genre and watching this movie the whole way through to fully appreciate it, but I still believe that that particular scene had a huge impact on my life, for better or worse.
