Such a beautiful kitchen and pantry, I'm surprised a double oven isn't standard. I would rather have a stacked oven and then move the microwave into the pantry. But I'm sure that could be optioned.

Gorgeous. Given the assymmetry of the front facade, the design is still beautifully proportioned. The bedrooms above opening to the family room below is a beautiful touch so you can have visual connection to the Kids at all times.

I love a home with 3 levels ( basement) , 3rd floor office. Media room. Open floor plan. Indoor pool room/ spa area. Heated side drive, heated master bath floors ,central vacuum. Elevator. Custom closets /pantry. Fireplaces.

I might’ve commented on this video before but I keep coming back to this floor plan. This is, without a doubt, my dream home. 2 things I would add, Big helicopter ceiling fan in the great room and make the garage a 28x28 oversized 2 car garage…well, 3, I’m not a fan of that wall paper in the master. This house is seriously, 2 thumbs up.

I agree with on of the comments about the master bath, the tub does seem out of place in front of the shower. The Jack-n-Jill bath should have double sinks, there was plenty of room for one more. This home is absolutely beautiful. Thanks.

I love these types of homes. I hope one day I can build one for myself. This is my favorite type. Although I also enjoy renovating older homes too. The only thing that is missing is a huge deck in the back with a fence

I like a lot of different styles of homes. IMO, would have loved to see a deeper double stainless sink in kitchen and cutouts in tub/shower for bottles. I would also have wood throughout. All in all, I could live in this home. It's beautiful.

I love this! I have a slightly similar layout. 3200sq ft. The pantry in this video is my “formal dining room” which I am planning on turning into a walk in/butler’s pantry. It’s nice to see what the end result will look like.

Love the kitchen and pantry! One fridge/freezer for my husband and one for me. We have different diets, so different food. The "office" area would be perfect for my husband's hobby room. Lots of storage and shelves for displaying finished work. For my hobby area, I could us one of the bedrooms upstairs or part of the larger walk-in closet in the master suite. Although one of my hobbies would be done in any open area of the living room as it is dance. Love all the closet spaces and storage areas. We wouldn't really need the upstairs part, except for family members that come to visit.

Beautiful home! I love the thoughtful Schumacher layouts and decor! The designs, colors and materials used throughout the home were superb! Placing the stairs and coat closet to the side of the entryway so the view of the great room isn't obscured--perfect! Loved the upstairs! Kitchen layout with the sink and appliances near each other so you're not running laps! The butler pantry, laundry, etc. were over the top! Since I'm a crafter, I would probably figure out how to configure some of that area into my craft room--crafters gotta craft, lol! Loved the owner suite except the placement of the tub in front of the shower. That bothers me for some reason. All in all, I could see myself in that home!

They went with the smooth front style fridge for aesthetics. I’d rather have the ice and water as I currently have a fridge like that and it’s not as handy for filling water bottles. I have to have a filter pitcher inside taking up shelf space, but I did get it for $177 instead of $1800 when I worked for Lowe’s (special order cancellation and management wanted it off books) so I can’t complain too much.

The Schumacher name has been synonymous with quality since the 1800s. Was a general store operator in Akron in 1800s. Brought it items to build houses. When I was a little girl there was a Schumacher Lumber. A school was given his name, still exists with old building from the early 1900s knocked down and new one built. Schumacher has always spelled top quality in Akron area for decades. Partly because Akron has access to Amish carpenters, house builders.
