I have the option of buying used either the 120d or 120d ii for almost identical prices. Which would you recommend for the softest, most flattering talking head beauty videos? I am most after the most flattering lighting but the fan noise is also very important. Is one fan louder than the other? Lastly, haha we have very similar skin tones, do you find the 6000k or 5500k more flattering?

+Lawrence RBE depends on the space. If you sit in front of a window, no. Taking advantage of natural daylight is a great way to do it! But a cloud going by or a shoot taking longer than a few minutes means the light will change and often that's noticable in post editing. Casting even light on your subject always results in a higher quality shot. Thanks for watching!

I use 4 Aputure hr672s lights. For $200 a piece, they are a killer deal.

Sounds like you have some interference coming through on your mic. Could be your wifi if you're using something with a 3.5mm cable instead of xlr.
