TIMPERLEY ABC - BOXING CLUB FEATURE - BBTV

Based in the heart of a council estate on the outskirts of Manchester, Timperley Amateur Boxing Club is run by dedicated duo Mark Davidson and Clive Smith and is an established pillar of the community and a place for youngsters to train learn and keep fit. The club is also having success on the amateur circuit and starting to produce some very talented champion boxers, with Mike Mulvey and Clark Smith currently leading the way. This week we visited the gym to speak to the coaches and some of the young boxers and to see the positive effect they are having on the lives of those who attend this brilliant little community gym. - Interview and video by Chris Maylett.
