Personally BO1 is probably the greatest COD to me. Amazing zombies. Amazing MP especially the party games/ wager matches. The campaign was full of memorable moments like woods and mason playing Russian roulette or Vorkuta. Reznov, Mason, Hudson and Woods will forever be remembered. Rezonov’s speech about the steps classic. All the zombie maps from WAW came back too. I’m geeking over this game. I need to go back and play it tbh Edit: I can vividly hear the gun shots and sounds in my head while remembering this game. Everything from the shots fired to the announcer was perfect. The zombies voice lines and the perk jingles. PACK A PUNCH SOUNDS OHHHHHHH SO FUCKING AMAZING.

Cod world at war was hands down the scariest/realistic cod ever (besides juggernaut perk) bodies getting blown up in half, you can hear screams in most of the maps. the music was scary, loading up gave you chills.

Legends balance isn't good. Map design is bad on KC and Olympus. The servers are a joke. 20 hz with a big lag comp window. They always add a short skill ceiling in their games with a ton of cheesy ways for lesser skilled players to stay in the game. Things like bullet tagging, flinch, huge muzzle flash/shield effects highlight this .

MW3 changed my life, I got my first Xbox, I was introduced into the world of online gaming, and the internet in general, I made friends and my dad and I would play all the time. Cod Ghost was actually one of the best Cod games I’ve ever played. Idk why so many people didn’t like it. I think KZbinrs influence too many people’s opinions on things because I remember a couple of key KZbinrs saying the game was boring and a lot of people jumped on that ship with them. What followed was multiple years of bad Cod games because of this in my opinion. I hated the futuristic Cod games. Bo1, Bo2, Ghost, mw2, and waw will forever be the best cod games in my opinion. Unfortunately those days will forever be behind us because too many people jump aboard the hype of Battle Royal.

I think the best thing about Advanced Warfare was the campaign with Atlas I finished it all and it was fun but the multiplayer was kinda trash cause of the jet packs

Man Black ops 3 is just my game. I don’t know what it is but I just love that game, the movement and how well each map flows. It has the best zombies game overall as well, along with a solid campaign. It’s just a fantastic game.

MW2 best fps multiplayer of all time. I still remember the exact spot on the exact map and the exact weapon I used to hit lvl 70 10th prestige. All my buddies yelling and screaming because they were there to witness it. Top 3 games ever for me. I stopped playing COD after BO2, but some of my best gaming memories came from this franchise.

The disrespect to bo3, Taunting top 3 after a win. Characters with personalities. Beautiful maps and plenty of great guns with amazing graphics. Very fast paced with hardly any camping. Best zombies, It should be S or S+.

Black Ops is S tier. The game is iconic and added so many goat’d maps. I’d say it’s behind MW but ever so slightly. MW2 and BO2 are definitely the best Cod’s by far though. I will say skill based match making is aids and region based will always be the way to go. I shouldn’t be challenged every match for putting a lot of time into the game.

MW2 was the first game I even played online and it changed my life forever. Not only was the single player campaign excellent but the multiplayer was so much fun..broken, but extremely fun and I’ve never really looked back. My fav CoD is definitely Black Ops 2. I like your list and I enjoy seeing other people’s opinions on what they think is the best CoD.
