BROTHA, THIS IS ONE OF OUR BEST AUSTRALIAN SINGERS! SHE WAS AN ORIGINAL SINGER FROM A FAMOUS MUSIC TV SHOW HERE IN AUSTRALIA SINCE SHE WAS A TEEN, IT WAS CALLED "YOUNG TALENT TIME" HOSTED BY JOHNNY YOUNG!! WHICH WERE A GROUP OF YOUNG TEENAGE SINGERS, WHICH INCLUDED DANNII MINOGUE (KYLIE MINOGUE'S SISTER)!! AND IT LATER INCLUDED KYLIE MINOGUE AS GUEST SINGERS, SINGING WITH HER YOUNGER SISTER DANNII.. BUT OUT OF ALL THE SINGERS, TINA ARENA ABSOLUTELY HAD THE MOST SOULFUL AND STRONGEST VOICE!! TINA ARENA "CHAINS" HIT THE TOP 5 ON THE "ARIA AWARDS". SHE WAS ALSO VOTED "AUSTRALIAS GREATEST FENALE SINGER OF ALL TIME"... CHAINS IS ABSOLUTELY ONE OF THE BEST SONGS OUT THERE, LISTEN TO HER ALBUM "SORRENTO MOON".. AWESOME ALBUM!! HER PARENTS ARE FROM ITALY.. BUT THERE IS ALSO A BEACH TOWN CALLED SORRENTO, IN THE STATE OF VICTORIA AUSTRALIA, WHERE SHE GREW.. ❤

Tina has been performing in Australia since she was 7. This song was her giant middle finger to a music industry that tried to pigeon hole and force her down a path not of her own choosing. There's an excellent performance 20 years later at the ARIA awards, alongside the Veronica's and Jessica Mauboy. Matt Corby has a fantastic voice but I don't think he's capable of putting the same amount of feeling into the song. This is Tina's fury. Her performance of Burn, also at the ARIA awards is also absolutely brilliant.
