why do the people in comments be judging someone else's breakfast plan -_- I mean, sure, if where you come from you're used to milk&cereal or pancake for breakfast, you do you. Not all people live like you, some would prefer a more nutritious breakfast so freaking deal with it.

Actually morning breakfast should be filling. It is important to start the day with stomach full.the importance of balance meal as the brain and body needs energy to boost the start of the day performance.with proper balance meal to start the day.. followed by lunch..dinner can be very simple. So all the breakfast taken like in the video burnt out by mid afternoon.the body got all the nutritions absorb ...full breakfast made people cheerful to start the day.. Each to their own.. but it has proven children or person eat proper breakfast ..are more.focus and have better memory. One can't focus each time starting the day with empty stomach as it rumbling throughout. Not only that in the long run it affect the stomach lining... Creative people eat what they are used too and these breakfast are healthy too. Origin of some countries starts their breakfast which seems heavy but actually not as at the starts of the day the calories gets burnt. So the body needs fuels to start the moment you get up and goes about. In far east it is common to eat something like rice or noodles. noodles. It is normally balanced meal and consist of protein and other minerals, fibres, natural sugar and vitamins. Mainly their food are mainly unprocessed. Basically made from scratch. The fact that the whole bunch of food was made in the morning from basic shows the person' s ability to function first thing in the morning once they left the bed.. Some people gets grumpy in the morning.some can't function without caffein. The over reliance of certain types of chemicals to gets into motion each morning is not that healthy. Eating too many process food which consist of sugar and salt is actually not healthy. Again each to their own. It is how one is exposed in their life.... Far East nation have breakfast consist of protein, rice, noodles, . etc ..and a lot more. Each food have the importance.protein is important for the brain..rice is to balance the energy ..vegetable vitamin and fibres. Soup too consist of minerals and vitamins and protein. Fish is very healthy.. the fish oil for the heart skin and hair also for brains......and the protein too. This will last you til lunch time. No snacking. The breakfast scene is happening. So look out for other culture ya'll . Open up and see the world and don't judge and sounds negative. Try and see the logic behind why it is done?why it is like that.... Make the world a better place by being open-minded and understanding....... Normally one to get up an hour early to do cook it. Also no matter tired one feel that morning once eating these sort of breakfast one will feel energetic and ready for the day. No moody or grumpy attitude. This is because the body gets up to fuel to reenergize. Also with this breakfast body will craving less and when out about shopping one don't do crazy buying.also on daily basis this save a lot money... Cool all...

A sharper knife will go through the lemon in one slice so it stays the same size. I like seeing the mistakes in cooking. Most people only show when it works perfectly, but mistakes happen all the time so it feels better to see them too.

Безмерно благодарна вам за ваш формат видео и идею. Очень мало таких видео. Именно таких, когда "одинокость" не показывают как нечто плохое, а просто показывают, что и так можно жить (и как по мне - именно и только так) в комфорте. Thank you for your videos, their ideas. For me it is important to show a life like that about one person because It can be so comfortable to live alone. It's not bad. You're amazing, I like to watch your channel.

Tip! When you cook pasta, save some of the cooking water. After adding your pasta to your sauce, if it seems too dry, add a splash of the cooking water to the pan to adjust the consistency. :) The starch in the cooking water will give you that saucy texture you're missing.

To cut a nice slice like of the lemon in this video (or other fruit and vegetable), after cutting in half, place the flat side down on the cutting board. Then place your palm flat on top of it to keep it from moving (keep your hand flat so your fingers will be away from the knife). Take your knife n turn it parallel to the cutting board. Then cutting from the side, cut slices from your fruit or veggie.

So your cookie things don't get burnt, I recommend put the sugar on in the last 5 minutes of baking. The sugar inside I possibly what also cause the bottom to be burnt. Maybe make a simple syrup and brush the inside with that. Also make sure your oven racks isn't as close to the bottom! Hope I could help. Loved the video.
