Love these videos and all your hard work for people like myself whos had T for 5+ years. I do wonder how everyone uses these sounds though. For me the 5500k sound works for me. I literally do 5 minutes on about 80% volume via headphones then turn it down about ever 20 seconds until i get to zero. Ive had a few days good now thanks to these sounds and today despite waking up with quiet T i still did my 5 minute + routine. Im wondering what others do?

Glad this is benefiting you Stuart and thanks for sharing your experience. Most listen to the masking at low volume, slightly lower than the tinnitus sound it is intended to mask. Mindfully varying the level sound like an interesting strategy.

Actually this one is good. This does not fix my tinnitus caused by ear wax but it does block the main tinnitus voice track❤

Hi. This sound works great for my right ear. I have a different sound in my ear. I use the t.v.for that sound. I am afraid to put headphones on because of the different noises. Dale, what do you think?

After 2 days of listening it’s close but not effective for me so far. I sometimes go to 20 h. For about a hour then switch to wind tunnel sounds or jets starting up for a hour. When it’s really bad. Dale this is the closest you have been so far.

Thanks Dale, You have the right frequency for me but I have developed a new sound besides crickets, frogs and so on. Anything producing a white sound like static, water running, air movement like a fan on high, makes my tinnitus respond with the latest effect of a tornado siren and it sounds just like the real thing because it’s 3D. Also it will be around the precise sound of a mosquito that flies around my head. Again, 3D sound. They tell me it is the death of hair cells in the cochlea. The doctor wanted to inject medicine directly into the cochlea through the ear drum. Uh,no,no

No drug can regenerate hair cells yet. Even if they could it would only fix hearing loss not tinnitus. Doctors like that shouldn't have work.

The Tinnitus Blocker at 3700 Hz might be a good fit. Have a listen and let me know. I have not done one in the 4000-4500Hz range yet.

This is crazy! I have a rescue cat who is attacking my phone on this one. Never has happened before. So I guess this one will have to be saved when I have my door shut and no cats allowed. Really strange. I think it's a good one!

Oh my gosh, I forgot to preset "no mid roll ads". That has been reset just now. Thank you for pointing that out. There should never be mid-roll ads on the channel videos because it compromises the long-play listenig experience.

I have not. Usually, is the frequency is within 10% (+/- 330 Hz difference in frequency), it might still offer the benefit of relief. So I have worked mostly in 500Hz increments.
