Does this combination of cicadas and river water mask your tinnitus? Matthew

That means that move to the countryside is a medical option. Maybe the problem is being the whole time in the same place with the same machines making the same frequency, even at low volume.

You only speak from your experience. I have been struggling with tinnitus on and off for years and now it is constant. Everyone tells me nothing can be done. If all I can find is a sound that mask it, I will take it. I want to be able to fall asleep at night and these sounds give me that ability. I am so tired of hearing buzzing constantly... so to hear water or wind is much better. I would love it to totally go away but if that is not possible, I will take this. Plus it gives me hope that it will.

Holy smoke!!! I’ve had tinnitus my entire life and I’m 68. In the past year it’s gotten a lot louder. This sound eradicates at least 90% of the constant high pitched squealing. I just had my first visit to an audiologist. I have moderate hearing loss and came to this channel for information on hearing aids. Thanks heaps for this video.

While I'm listening, I still hear buzzing in my ears, however, if I listen to it before falling asleep, I notice the next morning, the tinnitus is not as bad.

Full Volume on my Computer still didn't drown out my Tinnitus and it's just replacing one annoying sound with another.

There are new hearing aids designed to mask tinnitus and assist with any hearing loss. You need to make an appointment with an 😢 Just to let you know in advance, the H/A is pricy. Hopefully, the provider will have a pymt plan

What I do is combine sounds using spotify and youtube at the same time. I feel what helps me and experiment with diff sounds from rain, to flowing water, to crickets... etc. and also change them, my ears seem to appreciaties this. I guess everyones hearing and tinnitus and hyperacusis is different. I try to stay embodied while doing this. So find your own medicine :)

Yes. This one is working for me. I am beginning to understand what sounds work better for me. Is this how you're able to personalize a solution for each person's issue? Are you able to fine-tune the videos to what works best for an individual?

Being in nature is calming, this of course isn't nature, but it takes me where I want to be. A dark screen version would be ideal. Thank you.

Nope. Turning it to a comfortable level, the tinnitus is still audible. The only thing that works for me is to be engrossed in something. It could be reading or it could be listening to something. Whatever it is, it must be really in, and that will be something different for everyone.

I don’t get it. Does masking tinnitus mean finding a sound worse than the ringing? Having to listen to a screeching cricket? Brown, pink, white noise? It doesn’t make any sense at all
@margwoskett88693 ай бұрын
The sound therapy will eventually reduce the loudness of your T...I have been listening to different sound therapy for over 6 months and now I even have T free days!

While this plays i feel releaf. Crickets are too loud tho. But when i take my headphones off my tinitus seem to get even higher pitch? Anybody has same experience
@yonadangelo6 ай бұрын
Mixing the two is good idea, but it is aggressive for my T. I am missing the softness.
This is not your frequency then. Took me a week of searching the correct frequency to mask the tinnitus. This is soothing better when fall aslee These two voices completely mask this awful ringing. Thank you for relief 😊
