You forgot to shrink also. Once you get your cuts around the window to shape out the tint, you’ll be left with various fingers on the bottom, that need to be heated. You’ll need to angle the heat gun, and go down the finger in a side to side motion, once the finger looks squiggly, give it a nice hit with the Hard card, and continue to do so on each finger until you are left with a solid piece of tint flat on the glass.

Just some pointer for new tinters you can tint your car somewhat cheap by just buying better tint online. Stay away from the Walmart stuff id recommended the blurry stuff from autozone before that solid sheet of anger and frustration from Walmart. Next Heat shrink! I know I know heat guns are kinda pricey for some people but having a descent heat gun and knowing how to use it helps a million. Second my first time I had a hard time remembering my sticky side from my non sticky side literally cut it wrong 3 times back to back (don’t ask me how I was just having a hectic day with that Walmart tint) a good pointer is to go ahead and double triple check that your cutting it for the INSIDE of the car. the sticky side needs to be facing you when cutting each window. The only time the sticky side should face away from you is when your applying it and if for some odd reason your cutting for the other side using 1 window.
