TINY 19ft CLASS C RV TOUR | Solo Female RV Lifestyle

Hope all is well. Welcome to my first RV related video!
My name is Vanna Mae. This is a tour of my Majestic 19ft Class C RV. She was previously an rv rental refurbished from Cruise America. I bought her in January and have been adapting to the RV lifestyle. This is an RV tour and walk through pre-renovation.
Since making this video I have done further modifications to my home on wheels.

Hey everyone! Hope all is well! Its been awhile! Quick update: The past month I've been focusing on RV renovations, added in new fans, a new storage unit area, repainted, ect. All while doing this in the desert heat. It took longer than expected but it looks great and I cant wait to show you! Also, there is a recent report of a multi racial family being harassed, having guns pointed at them---and even trees cut down to trap them in a forest. So yeah, her identity matters. Look up the story, this is not a fable. Grandma. Mom and dad (interracial couple) and their 16 year old daughter. I'm converting a 6 window bus to hit the road. Watched a ton of videos of very friendly happy campers. I was all excited about this next chapter of my life. Now, I'm almost done. (Labor of Love and a ton of work). Now I'm having second thoughts. Her identity matters.

Claire Mai I grew up in a family of 8 who never wore shoes in the house. I raised my family the same way (I am 62 now) and none of my friends or their children wear shoes in their homes. Most people I know have signs outside saying “shoes off”...😊. I don’t know about back east.... maybe it’s a “west coast” thing.(?)

Alot of American's I know opt to go shoeless inside the home. We can atleast have slippers for those who want to use them. I like using them since I am a senior now; feet hurt on hard floors. 🌟💞🤗💞🌟

Hi. Thanks for the tour. I had the 28' Majestic. I lived in her for 5 years, and loved it. I sold her last September and actually bought a 25' Leisure Travel Van. The fuel mileage is much better. Wow, this has been so inspiring. 71, cool. I’ve been back n forth on the timing of getting my RV for several years. I 1st looked at and put on my dream/wish list a Coachman SportsCoach RV. I did a lot of cross country traveling and hotel stays for business, family, etc and wanted to get one. Then I wasn’t road traveling as much. Fast forward, thought the dream/desire was gone till I had to drive from Southwest to east coast a few yrs back, solo. Like riding a bike, it was still there. I’ve been working on getting a truck and found myself in the midst of yet another move. The thought of RV &/or Mobile home living came back up. So I’m looking into these options once again. Coming across these KZbin videos has been very interesting & inspiring. Especially from the gracefully aged lady travelers like myself. And younger. Thank you ladies. When you can, change the outside locks. They are common and the same on all rvs. if it is a CH751 they are used in every rv made.

Nice job! My wife and I have a 23’ Navion and love “living small” for the weeks and months we travel in it. You have identified how thoughtful personal touches can greatly add to your physical and emotional comfort. It’s an easy lifestyle to drift into and one that can produce a sense of freedom not easily attained by any other means. @@exOtikFPS she is proud of her origin as black American. No one said anything about African as she is clearly not African. She is black American, which is it's own unique culture in this world. She has her ebonics, her soul food, her own customs and everything that is different from any other group in the world. If black American people were called by any other unique name, they would be respected as a culture. But people see them and only think they are identifying as their skin color when they say "black/African american". America is plagued by this kind of mentality because it was built by racism as they stripped down and suppressed culture and reduced it to just race. Now people are seen as black, white, and other, solely through the lens of race. White Americans have a culture that is nothing to be ashamed of. Black Americans have a culture too that they can feel proud of. No one is less American for this. You say north America is plagued by this, when most countries that were colonized across the continents are made of different cultures living together in unity under one banner.

Perfect size camper/home, love it! BTW, when you upgrade to ceiling fan, didn't know if you are aware, but they make one with forward and reverse. Would be especially nice right over the bed

Hi Vanna Mae. I really loved the tour. You have a beautiful home. My husband and I have a vintage 1974 Dodge Sportsman. It is really his “man cave” but when I do travel with him, I just love to take a sponge bath! We only carry bottled water, so we heat in on the stove and put it in the sink to create that sauna effect. I agree with you , it is really wonderful. Good luck with everything.

Just came across your video and love your new tiny home. Looks perfect for 1 person. I’m in the dreaming phase of 1 day being able to hit the road as well and felt we have a lot in common. I would also opt for a composting toilet, your idea of looking at things that make you happy (coffee/tea maker) makes sense as well. I wouldn’t want any shoes in my living space either, sponge baths work great when trying to boondock, etc. Looking forward to more of your videos, you seem such a kindred spirit! I like the size of your Rv small carbon foot print!Oh when you replace the vent with a fan look into the maxx cover fan that can run while it’s raining with no water able to get in and I think you can also drive while it’s running.Be safe and take care.

Great RV! Here's an easy way to add a shelf to an RV storage space using aluminum L-channel and tape. The tape can be washable nano tape if you want to be able to remove and adjust it, 3M VHB tape if you want a super-strong permanent bond. Me, Mr. Oh-I-should-have-thought-about-that, I'd try nano tape first. Aluminum L-channel is easy to cut with a hack saw, and the tape holds the L-channel to the sides and back of the storage area without drilling any holes, to make the shelf support. The actual shelf can be plywood or anything else that's stiff enough -- wire rack shelving, boards, etc. Thanks for making the video.

@@reneecannady9843 I just put earnest money down on a 19ft class B...YESTERDAY! Ms Vanna's rig is noticeably roomier with the overcab bed. I'm just testing the waters to see if a FT nomad's life is for me when I retire from nursing in a few years, so I can be cramped for awhile. Howdy Vanna! Your’s is the first Class C RV that seems like the perfect size and with all its amenities without being remodeled on the inside. I am curious to what year it is, I don’t think you mentioned it in the video or in the description. I’m 23 and I’m hoping to save money for the next 1.5-2 years for a hefty down payment to finance an rv. I know I’ll have to find the best Class C I can but I don’t need anything new maybe 2010 for a good price is the highest I’ll go if. As long as it’s worth it! I’m in love with your RV and how it’s decorated and your “roommate” is adorable. It’s great to see black solo female travelers in a sea of white faces on KZbin. Stay safe and have fun!!

Great video. I am glad to hear that you are enjoying your Majestic Class C. I am looking at one of those, but am currently stationed in Europe. When I get back to the states this is on my radar. I will be so interested in your ongoing experiences with your RV (your home on wheels). The interior colors of the RV looks very nice. The wood tones are very clean and calming. OK. I like them. But, this is your RV, and it will be nice to see your tastes and sensibilities crafted into your home. Thank you for sharing, and I will look forward to your journey.
