Somewhat similar in Dubai, just that some flat spaces are shared like kitchen and bathroom. Still this one is cool for a tiny home.

very tiny but very modern. i had an aunt and uncle who live in hk. their place was a little bigger because there was a bedroom but it was old and they didn't even have hot water.

How well insulated is it against noise from neighbors ? A key factor here in Tokyo. This place is very nice. Not overlooked. Yet. By the next building.

Not totally sound proof, but the buildings beside are quiet. The noise comes more from the screeching sound of the turning tram

That, and safety, is all you need as single adult. It's very adequate, nice and dark and quiet for sleep, it's better than a lot of American apartments and doesn't have to share with serial killer.

Are you going back to Singapore to buy a HDB? I used to have a 3 bedroom with 2 bath 2 toilets in Pasir Ris a palace compare to HK apartments!

I’m not Singaporean.. well not yet ;) and yes singapore flats are bigger than those in hk!

And I though my apartment was small, that was very small, if the lock some day break it is smaller than a prison cell :-D

Not even 200 feet. I have a micro flat/ mini loft (there are many euphemisms, eye roll!) of about 210 square feet including the bathroom in downtown L.A. It is significantly bigger than what is shown here.

It’s not for sale, as it’s a service apartment. Usually for hk, if ur buying, prices for a bigger unit (unfurnished) at this area (Sheung Wan) fetches around 5m HKD or more
