I bought "organic" neem cake powder for my House plants ! BIG mistake ! i sprinkled a teaspoon on each of my plants soil and within a week all the soil became mouldy and another week later all my plants became sick . All leaved , especially the young and new ones are covered in black insects !!

I have very small bugs that grow inside a shell that looks like perlite. I opened and saw them and then I took one of the eggs and squeezed it with both fingers and liquid splash my face .. help😢
