Thank you for this, Jim. You may not ever know how much I needed to see it. Yet I assure you that I did. My daughter is soon going back to college, my son graduates High School next year. After that I’m selling my home and down sizing. As you know I’m widower too. Like you I won’t need too much. Looks like you live in the country? How far do you live from town? I live in country 21 miles look from a Walmart, which is actually the nearest grocery store. I live seven miles from the nearest gas station. When I down size, I want to move in to town. Save on gas, and maybe even ride my bike around to places, which I can’t do now. Anyway, I mean it, you showing off your humble abode, means a lot to me. Thanks.

I'm glad this is helpful. There's a small market in walking distance and there's a Safeway about 10 minutes away. To get to a larger town it's about a 35 minute drive.

Definitely get some footage of the River ... Maybe some footage of a fishing trip if you're still fishing?

I haven't really fished much lately. The problem with this river is you can't use bait in the summer. Only lures so that makes it hard with TOS.

Funny to say, but that's my dream life. Not many belongings, and all you need. Is it by the Russian River? I would worry about flooding

Oh cool! Yes, it's by the Russian River but it's high enough that it doesn't flood. That's one of the first things I asked about before I took the place.
