Wow, I really love this home! I can see why the homeowner asked to buy it when the previous owners were ready. I think the layout is perfect, there is lots of storage for a tiny home, and nearly floor to ceiling windows are wonderful! Plus, she has a great spot backing up to the woods as she does. 😊💗

Almost all of the comments here speaks for me too but I would love to as a cat lady too give advise for Lily...she's a beautiful and sweet cat and to maintain her well being can you please🙏🏼 throw away that cat food instead feed her wet food, you can Google or look to Utube as to why wet is much better than kibble. I'm soooo envious of your home and area👍 thank you for sharing it with us❣️

I like this house a lot. When I watch tiny house videos, I always try to imagine living there myself. Many times I think I wouldn’t like the house shown. But I could definitely imagine living in this home very happily. The 11 foot width makes it easier to arrange comfortable spaces than the 8 foot width that many tinies are.

That is so true about cats picking you. Was never a cat person, always had dogs, but one day I went with my daughter while she picked out a cat at a shelter, and while she held the cat she picked, a scrawny, wiry gray kitten literally lept out of the cage, and threw it's arms around my neck. What could I do? That was 11 years ago. This kitty adores me, and is practically hostile to anyone and everyone else. But is my shadow. Love your home!

For a tiny home it seems so spacious!! I love the large deck. I love the layout. The large windows are beautiful and let in so much light. This is one of my favorite tiny homes. I do not particularly care for loft bedrooms as I am a senior citizen… but I love the bedroom on the first floor. I could see myself living in this tiny home. And it looks like Sandy is fairly close to the beach. Awesome ♥️♥️

It seems like most tiny homes have loft bedrooms with very little headroom and storage space. This home having the bedroom on the first floor and a closet is most ideal.

This plan is perfection. It looks and feels like a regular home. Really there is nothing about it that shouts 'tiny'. The planner of this home hit the bullseye for sure! The windows are the showcase as they bring so much light and nature inside. The little touches like the fireplace and her partner's collection memory and the bell just suite it to a T! The bedroom is a charming and very useable space with much storage and eye appeal. I think Sandy, herself, adds an extra special shine to this home. What a gem of a plan. What a gem of a setting. What a gem of a lady!

This is a beautiful space, LOVE the pops of red! This community seems fantastic - on the coast, the wash facilities, temperate weather, all the bells and whistles. Gorgeous! Way to go, Sandy! ❤ EDIT: I have now seen MANY tiny home videos, and Sandy's home's layout is my all-time favorite! All one floor, the windows, the deck, the ramp, the fireplace....it's all so great. Ticks all the right boxes for me - tiny without feeling "squished"!

I love the home. Three things that weren’t mentioned: who the builders were, and what the original price was, and what she paid for it. I’d love to know those pieces of information. I just love Sandy's tiny home! I've watched a lot of tiny home videos over the years, but this one is my absolute favorite because the house is 11' wide (8' is too narrow), it has a lot of light coming in, it is filled with wood (I love wood!), it has a fireplace (I love fireplaces!), it has a magnificent deck, it has a ton of storage space, the cost of living there is fantastic, especially for Oregon, and last, but not least, it has a gorgeous calico cat named Lily living there! All of that would be absolute HEAVEN to me! Sandy is extremely fortunate to have found such a special location and special home! ❤
