Tiny House Move: Serendipity Makes It To Her New Home!

Hello Friends!
We made it to our new home. Not without some stressful moments however!
I don't know what I would have done without the help and support of my dear friend Jenni who few in from Calgary to help. She packed, hauled, fed and watered (& wined) me and Sophie loves her!
I want to thank A&N Transport for once again getting Serendipity out of some tight situations (literally!) They are the best and I highly recommend Andrew and Noemi!

Special thanks to Joe Horvath who installed the skirting on the tiny house last year and worked closely with me to get the house ready for this move. The bottom line is: YOU ARE HERE! Thrilled for you Adelina! And Miss Sophie is back to being her chill self with a good long stretch on her floor! The best part : you never have to move again unless you intend to buy your own property down the road. And how lucky were you that you had spectacular weather the day you moved! The stars were in alignment! I am sure -- you made sure - your living arrangement is secure and in writing contractually -- so there is no nasty neighbor nonsense. Honestly, moving the house out of the spot took some time but you are really on point: your movers are excellent! They probably have more business than they know what to do with -- and deservedly so. I am sure there are handymen recommendations from the people who own the park. Looking forward to the next video to see what the whole area looks like. Congratulations, Adelina and self care is certainly in order!

Congrats 🎉 Was so stressful in the beginning. I had tears for you. The cracking sound was painful to listen to. Saving grace was knowing you the house & sweet Sophie were safe & sound in the long run. I was not surprised to see Sophie curled up in her litter box. It was her safe place. Yes, the aptly-named neighbor must be proud of himself. I like to think he’s maybe lost a few minutes of sleep over all the stress and upheaval he’s put on our A, but I can’t stew on that anymore. She isn’t. I’m just happy she found a place, got there safely and she’s in a spot where it can’t happen to her again. That’s why I’m happy she chose this spot over a couple of the other options where there was no guarantee this wouldn’t be an issue again in 4-6 months. She should rest easy from here out, and sweet Sophie too. 🥰🐈

Yikes - seeing the wheels buried in the gravel must have been really awful, but then when she was finally safe and out on the road - tremendous relief and happiness all around!! I am so happy to see your video! So glad you have successfully moved! It has been an honour to follow your brave journey! Moving is so stressful! I moved as well the beginning of April. Decided to leave Quebec (finally!) because with the passing of Bill 96, one can no longer defend oneself in a court of law here in English. It must be done in French. No justice in both languages. The final straw for me. I hope you will love your new place as much as I love MY new place in Ontario❣️
