This is FANTASTIC! Almost like it was made for me 😁. Im planning mine and the 2 burner cooktop with a concealed convection oven (no stove) is exactly my plan. The trash drawer is brilliant! I have that in my current home and don’t know how I lived without it before! This house is perfectly laid out. I’d love to see it in its final home and all decorated. It’s so light and bright it will be an amazing home ♥♥♥

I like the big outdoor sheds. I'm sure you could do a lot with them. This home looks big enough to settle on a fixed lot for electric and sewage. It's too bad that these alternative housing ideas are getting so expensive. It's awonder that anyone can afford to live anywhere.

Yes most of our customers stay put most of the time and plug in. As one of our friends said, "hyper-inflation doesn't magically skip over the tiny house industry." I wish it could! Some of our materials have increased 300% - 500% since before covid. 😢 I guess the good news is that the homes are "appreciating" at least.

OH WOW! This is just stunning! LOVE the kitchen sooo much! Only thing I would change to make it perfect for me is to put in a regular stove, even if I lost a dishwasher. I would want a couple of cabinets where the shelves are too. I am a baker so I need the space. I could live here without a hitch! So much storage too. Best design I have seen so far.

I love this one in white, and the kitchen is fabulous. However, I don’t need a retro refrigerator or a king size bed. Why are the beds always so high? Is there storage below it? I would use a Japanese/Korean bedding, they are low and minimal.

I have watched quite a few of your videos. They are nice. I don't need a huge kitchen or kitchen table. I would rather have a bit of living space. I want a dishwasher. I love your stand up bedrooms. Why don't the bedrooms have a full wall and a door for privacy? I have never seen a tiny house with an upper bedroom with privacy. Adults will be living in these but even if they have kids, privacy is a thing. Lastly, why built in dog kennels but no special place for cat litter boxes? This home here is the closest to what I want. I am going to keep following your channel because I see potential. I want to see what you come up with in the future. Thank you for the tour. Thanks for watching! A full wall for the loft is an upgrade that a few customers have ordered. You also need a room-to-room fan when you bring the wall to the ceiling. Doors can be added, but no-one's ordered a door up top yet. Ventilation is crucial in a tiny house so using the pony wall keeps you from needing that extra fan.

afraid so. Before Covid our average home price was much lower. These days you have to go much smaller to get below $100K. A 28' x 8.5' move-in-ready with just the standard options can get you there.

Ok I really like this one but the placement of the dishwasher is all wrong....unless the client wanted it that way. I would like to see a model with a range underneath the flu vent in the kitchen and the dishwasher placed somewhere else. I guess because I love to cook. Different Folks different Strokes. lol

We are a custom builder so design & layout choices are often made by the homeowner. Unless there's a wheel well in the way or some other structural limitation... Fitting everything in a tiny home is definitely a puzzle with many factors affecting placement of various features.

Tiny home is very nicely built. However, I beg you to have anyone else film the tours. I am not sure if it was the camera, or the person filming just can't hold the camera steady. Not everyone belongs behind a pair of scalpels, jetliner, or camera. Please don't take this personal please, because I get how proud of the product you are. :) I had to stop after the kitchen because it gave me a headache. Like I said it could be the camera you were recording with had no stabilization option or you had a lot of caffeine. Beautifully crafted not so tiny home.

We are custom builders so we install the kitchen the homeowner wants. I believe she brought her own countertop convection oven combo thingy. Most of our customers build some sort of deck around the house so the utility closet is easier to access once the deck is in place. Or they use a ladder to access the tallest spaces and just store seasonal items up there.
