Yh that’s one way other way is visits but they not on at moment , drones but only in certain jails , Certain jails allow trusted prisoners to go out work in community so they go out and pattern up then come back to the jail , n even when they take people hospital from jail if u pattwrn it correctly u can get someone to leave sumin for u in the hospital then grab it that way

From past experience or what I seen it either comes through on a visit with a friend or family 9 times out of 10 they stick it up there ass other ways to get it in is thrown over the prison wall for a trusted prisoner to pick up who will drop it to the intended target. Also more popular now days to have them flown over a wall on a drone. And there are also dodgy security guards (who don't get searched) will be paid to bring it in and drop it to a prisoner
