All fine except the bathroom where the showers are fitted to wet the WC. That's a bit disgusting and difficult to keep clean. A shower cabin to contain water from splashing all around is a must.

I love your house designs I would love to see a 12×12m 4 bedroom modern house with 4.5 washrooms 1 bedroom at the ground floor Upstairs Family area, 3 bedrooms Master bedroom having walk in closet and private balcony with the two other bedrooms sharing another balcony closer to the master bedroom and 2 car parking in house itself under the shared balcony with a 4 person swimming pool behind the house

@@misskay.4326 This is not new, it's very practical and you can see at any hotel's bath room, and of course at the modern house or apartment. if you don't have partition by a glass or fabric... then when you take a shower, the water will be spraying to every corners of the bath room. But it will be dried when using a partition, simple that is.

I agree with everyone that does not like where the shower head is located in both bathrooms. Who ❤'s WET TOILET PAPER?😮. Other than that wonderful. Little house for the estimated price 😊.

I think perhaps would be better if it was the vanity sink that was sacrificed a bit, rather than shower and toilet.

This is my favorite design after looking for months. This would be perfect as a 4 x 9 making the bathrooms a bit bigger and the back bedroom upstairs a bit longer. I will lose the bathroom windows and put fans and make it a 4 unit row complex overlooking the ocean. The downstairs bathroom I will move the window to the back wall leaving only the upstairs bathroom without a window. Probably good to connect the upstairs bathroom to a turret that goes above the roof and sucks all the hot air out of the house like a chimney. I'm not crazy about the roof for typhoons I would prefer a mushroom shape.

Vị trí cầu thang. Tạo hệ bậc cầu thang kín, bổ sung hệ cáp thả từ tầng lầu xuống với mỗi bậc là một hoặc 2 sợi cáp vừa như vách ngăn vừa là đảm bảo an toàn. Dưới hốc cầu thang làm hệ tủ để máy giặt và các vật dụng khác.

Its a cozy tiny house, but i hv some advice i wanna share with your design. THe CR shower shdntb at the center. It wl wet the room whenever someone use it. The stairs shd have railings for safety purposes. Stairs can b made into storage. Tiny houses looks ok when presented for vlogging, but in actual use, I think it wlb messy if it is already in use, especially if storage arent in place.

Ý kiến nước từ vòi tắm bắn gây ướt các khu vực khác cũng nên xem xét. Giải pháp đưa ra. Wc trệt có thể chuyển chậu rửa ra ngoài vị trí máy giặt. Wc lầu cũng chuyển chậu rửa ra vị trí cữa phòng ngủ phía trước. Trong wc dịch bồn cầu giữa tường cạnh 2.1m, đưa vòi tắm vào tường cạnh 1.4 và thêm vách ngăn cho khu tắm nữa là hoàn chỉnh. Mình đến từ Việt Nam. Thân chào các bạn!

בית חמוד, יש בו דברים נאים היה נכון לבנות מדרגות שלא יהיהו חלולות ואז לנגר ארונות מתחת למדרגות וכך לא היו רואים את אזור מכונת הכביסה כלומר זה שטח מבוזבז שהיה אפשר לנצל, כמו כן פנג שוואי בחדר שיש בו את המחשב הוא לא נכון לא יושבים על כסא כשהגב לדלת הכניסה
