Thank you Lupe for sharing your homes. I truly Admire the goals you had set for you and your son and accomplished them. The fact you continued to research and pursue tiny living in Oregon, speaks volumes about your character. You have accomplished the American dream to have a home, and you have done it twice. Not only do I find your story/goals inspirational, but quite affordable in this time and age. Like a lot of people who have built their tiny homes have no experience, but was willing to learn and you did a good job. You made your homes, the way you wanted, and considered your son needs as well. I love the tile in the shower, all the Plants, I love plants, full size appliances, including the washer and dryer, which I really like in a tiny. The kitchen is my favorite part. You managed to pack a lot in your tiny, the bedrooms upstairs are nice sizes, that holds the full/queen size beds I really love. The yurt is just an added bonus that I sure will really come handy when your son becomes a teenager. You really did come up with some good ideals when building your homes. I like the fact, your homes feel lived in, with everything you want, I too would do the same thing. I wish you and your son great success in whatever you do. And please do Not pay any of these negative comments Any attention. Their motives behind them are quite oblivious. Enjoy tiny living !!

I absolutely love your living spaces. I wish I could live there and how you include your son is just awesome. You’re creating such a loving environment and a wonderful home for him. Also loved all your plants. I killed mine and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I’ve got a couple survivors. The winters in Alaska very hard and dark. God bless you, if you read this, you’re doing an awesome job

Great place. I love how you made the place just comfy and not like a show piece. Families live in a lived in home. The rocks all the books and plants. It's just comfy, homey. Now if your some decide ro turn the yurt jnto his bedroom I would definitely figure out a way to connect both u it together. To discourage sneaking out at night. Especially when friends are over and also sneak girls in. Lol yuo mom you have to block. Lol make a mud room with the connection to that way you can keep coats shoes rain gear, hiking all that stuff out there. That way at night you can near if your boy sneaks out or even goes outside. Again great place.

Can someone explain how is this tiny house able to have such high ceilings on the second floor that they can even stand? Isn't it normally to have an height limit and that is why people crawl in most tiny house lofts?

Not digging anything here about either of the spaces all yurt or the tiny house.all of it seems chaotic & too much going on. Tiny means minimalism…no? This looks chaotic less is more but to each his/her own. Hope she’s at least making or at least saving some $$ $$
