Man I love how other devs are getting over the fact that Nintendo has great ideas but they're not sacred - It's OK to work on a pokemon clone, or a paper mario clone, or now a pikmin clone. There are places Nintendo is unprepared to go creatively and it's awesome seeing indie devs take these brilliant core gameplay conceits and take them to bizarre and hilarious new places. I'm very excited for this one.

This man's voice is so nice that I stop really paying attention to what he's actually saying and just listen to the nice rhythm of it while watching the video. I guess I missed most of his points but the vibes were immaculate.

Im not seeing any paper Mario. More like Pikmin mixed with a Mario platformer. It especially reminds me of sunshine. Pikmin was the first thing that came to mind, though.

I downloaded this last night and spent a couple hours playing the first level. Got instantly hooked, and I would NOT finish the level until I found the very last of the “dust bunnies” which had me searching over the room 5 times over until I found the little nook on top of the tv that I passed by over and over again lol. I stayed up too late, and now I’m eagerly awaiting getting home to play level 2!

This is one of those games I got for my kids on Game Pass, then proceeded to play until 3 in the morning. Very lighthearted, lots of fun, great animation, and puzzles that were challenging but not too challenging. 10/10

I played through the game on Xbox Series via GamePass so I didn't have any frame rate issues. I spent about 12 hours beating the game and doing some of the side quests. I'm guessing I could put another 5 or so hours into it. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and glad it was on GamePass because it's a game I probably would have missed otherwise. My kids like to play on the go and will be picking it up on Switch. I think $25 is more than fair for a fun, well made game where you'll spend a good bit of time just exploring with a smile on your face.

I enjoyed the demo but at least the Switch version has a weird lag on the jump button which makes platforming quite clunky and frustrating.

It's actually more like a collect-a-thon 3D platformer like Mario 64 or Hat in Time--you do collect and throw small creatures to solve puzzles, but there's no real strategy involved in managing that resource. Instead, the fun is exploring the areas to find more creatures, which lets you access new areas, which gets you more creatures, which lets you access more areas...and so on.
