We definitely appreciate you for spreading their awareness and reminding people that the people that live on the streets that don't have nowhere to go if they are human and they are just as important as you and I and everybody no one is better than nobody I don't care if they're a millionaire and they're doing way better you're still not better than the homeless man for the crackhead up the street need to understand that if you're doing good and you have that much money you should be helping people instead of putting them down and and thinking you're better than them money doesn't make you better than nobody nobody and everybody's life matters!

Looks to me that south of 3rd either the area is newer or someone in city government is spending money keeping that area up more than the rest of the city.
