I didn't know what to expect when I started therapy. For me not being able to look someone in the eye n talk was so hard. I was referred to the wrong kind of therapist which made things worse. It's a struggle with mental health issues n you're so right about finding the right kind of therapist you can talk to. After many trys n years later I finally found someone who really listens n gives good feedback. Lindsay, you've given alot of helpful tips for someone who is just starting out. ❤

Hey Lindsay I know what it's like to be new to therapy I went back because I was angry at my mother. Because when I was 17 she told me I was a mistake because of my disability. And now I'm getting a hoveround power chair because I just found out that I can't walk long distance and I cannot work anymore because I can't stand on my feet for a long period of time. My doctor just cleared me to get my chair today which I'm very excited about can't wait till it comes in and I learned how to drive it❤ I love you Lindsey your channel has always been a safe place for me❤

Could you please make a video about your epilepsy journey? You've made videos on your other illnesses, so we someone who has epilepsy I'm just curious about yours. What were the first signs you had it and how did it change over time? Btw I love your videos!
