Thanks man! I think we need to see more examples of this in different situations/styles. This video alone doesn't bring a full solution. I'll try to highlight such things as often as possible. Next stop: neurofunk bass video on 16th. Stay tuned and appreciate your support

​@@ModestIntentions Agreed! I'd love to see a follow up that covers breakdowns and other sections of DnB tracks. There aren't many well thought out videos with a solid instrument arrangement and workflow such as yours. Can't wait to see what you do with neurofunk as well. 💯

Why use limiter's gain knob to lower the volume of the guitar sample? Why not just pull it down directly from the mixer channel?

Simply because if, at some point, I want to limit the maximum output of the signal, I could use the limiter for proper visualization of any artifacts and use the "ceil" aka loudness ceiling knob to limit the loudness. This is a habit I developed a really long time ago and usually my mixer loudness is pretty much the same everywhere
