Fellow autistic w adhd here who also has the same sensitive skin issues as you, thank you for this video!! A sunscreen that I've found that works for me that doesn't have any scent is the sunscreen from a brand called "Apostrophe."

@@ArtieCarden ah I apologize!! I forgot to mention that it's not a typical brand you would find in a store. It's a brand that does specialized acne treatments online!! You can find their products on their website. The sunscreen is a lil expensive, $27 US. But imo it was worth it lol. I've already bought my second bottle because I thought my first one might be almost gone but I've had the first bottle for 6+ months and I'm still getting product out of it somehow lol. I use it with CeraVe moisturizing cream (specifically cream, not the lotion) cause that stuff LOCKS in moisture for a good 24hrs minimum at least. I hope this helps!! 💖

Fellow auti here. Great video! I use CuraProx tooth brushes (super soft!) and tooth tabs from Lush (the black ones on days where I cannot face mint flavours). I cannot do flossing and things like that, drives me NUTS. Also a life hack: I shaved my head. Donated my hair to charity, but also it saves me SO MUCH HASSLE. My hair is at 1-5mm (depending on how many spoons I have to shave it). I cannot stand the feeling of cremes and things on my skin, so need to find a fix for that.
