Are the text blast laws liberal enough to allow for these mass text blasts? I understand that Chase said that he would take people off of a list if they so requested it but, my understanding was that you need to have someone’s express permission before you can send them an SMS. Perhaps the leads were from a colist With a partner organization that did, Provide that requisite consent.

I no longer text blast and now use a proprietary software that sends out individual texts at massive scale

@@LosAngelesFund As long as its not automated, and has some sort of human touch to initiate each send, you should be OK. But consult an attorney and don't just take my word for it :)

Nothing makes me more frustrated then a not motivated seller..... So many offers I made in really good deals and my realtor and I don't hear back from them nor the agent 🤦‍♂️ and I make generous offers literally still don't hear back🥴
