Even though we don't grow in the same conditions, I have learned a LOT from watching your videos. I'm in 7B - but that's mid South, not other places - and things grow differently. And learning to grow smaller plants has been a winner for my backyard garden.

I absolutely love my cut and come again perennials. It makes garden planning so much easier when you have less things to worry about getting in the ground in time.

Laveen here. Interesting take on the "Cut and come again" plants. I just might be over planting my Kale, Lettuce, and Arguala. When I harvest leaves, I just pull the whole plant. Do those leaves just continue to grow back? And if so, at what point do you worry about bolting? Thanks! Love the channel, despite the Rams merch (Blech!).

Bahahaha RAMS!!! So I think this might be a good topic to make a video on. You can cut leaves off all summer long. The plant will naturally bolt when it's that time. When it's too warm. But if you wanted to collect seeds it makes the process faster. The plant wants to get rid of most of its leaves to put most of its energy into making seeds. That's where the pest come in. They help the plant to get rid of the extra leaves if you haven't picked them already.

@ good to know. I’ll diversify my crops a bit more next time. I’m going to have a LOT of Bok Choy in a few weeks, lol. Also so you know, your IG and website links aren’t working.
