Guilty of hands to the vag 😂😳 something I’ve been working on already. This video helped me understand better that my horse is pulling forward to his knees and didn’t know what was going on and now I understand and need to move me hands to find the sweet spot. It would be helpful to see more of the hands in this video. Other than that awesome video and thank you!!

I absolutely LOVE the concept of this video!! Please please please do it again. I’d love to see Tash’s hands close up because I have exactly the same problem. And don’t understand why I have to shorten the reins to ‘give’ more.

I have the same problem but my horse gets really stressed if I don’t release so I have to push him up to the reins. He is quite forward so it’s kind of scary to apply my legs sometimes and remember to half hart too😅

Another great video. I loved “having to find the sweet spot for your hands”. It would be great to see more close up examples of how Alicia finds the sweet spot.

Such a helpful video. I love seeing how Alicia helps Tash with the same problems I am having. My horse is stiff on the right side as well. The circles to the right were the Aha moment for me.

I have never done dressage. I'd love to give it a try. I'm 58 and just getting back into riding after 30 years off the saddle and raising four boys. I really enjoy these videos. Naturally, I've got hardly any idea what you are talking about. This one reminded me of my coach, who says, "Why are your hands going to your virgina?" As I'm trotting around the arena my inner voice is saying, "Hands forward, loose knees, 1&2 up down up, hands forward, loose knees. ..." In time with the trot...lol

Great video I learned quite a bit and gained better understanding of the contact. I know it would probably be difficult but I think it would have really helped to see the contact/hold changes that were being made. You could easily visualize what changed with the horse but would have loved to see the actual changes being made.
