Dementia is type 3 diabetes. Eat carnivore or at least low carb/zero sugar and zero vegetable/seed oils. Fast - 1-2 meals per day max. No snacking. 24+ hour fasts promote brain autophagy. Beef and eggs are the perfect food for humans. Veggies are toxic (defense chemicals). Those defense chems cause autoimmune diseases. At least find the least toxic and avoid the nightshades (potatos and tomatoes and peppers - I know sad).

I recently stopped drinking coffee and replaced it with hotwater honey with whole milk I brush my teeth twice a day Get a teeth cleaning every 6 months I have all my teeth and never had a root canal. Would love to know who Dr Ament feels is best in the country for “inoperable” meningioma with vein of labbe running thru it. Daughter’s surgery wasn’t successful as it became way too risky. She had radiation but is still dealing with epilepsy and we need a way to shrink or get rid of that tumor! Also, her brain function has suffered greatly between all the treatments and medications. It seems like all the “brain health” supplements are contraindicated with epilepsy. How can we help her brain?
