Do u feel a good amount of time to rest is about every 4-5 hours of driving? And for how long should u let them rest. I have some long hauls coming up. Between 6-8 hrs of driving

Remember patience is key! If you act like you don’t have time they won’t do it. If you act like you have all day they will be more receptive to listening:) hope that helps
