Tiffany! Now that you're starting to organize your business, I was wondering if you heard about Notion. To be honest, I'm just a freak of it, and I use it for literally everything. It's a tool/app you can have on your phone, laptop etc, and you can create list tables Galeries... it is quite famous in the youtube world, so I thought you might want to know about it (not trying to do any promo lol). I actually created a page for my knits, where I write all the yarn I have, the projects I am doing (I write the step I'm working on it at the moment), also future projects and so on! Hope it helps!! You're doing a wonderful project, cant wait to see more of your knits (and to hear more about the kdramas we are all watching ahaha)

Do you mind if I ask, which came first for you, a base of followers then your videos and other content or content and KZbin first then gained a following for your business that way? In my country Korea, printing labels and stickers is pretty cheap. $10 for 100 pieces or so + shipping $3. But this is nice idea. Small businesses also send hand written cards or candies and chocolate. I have received some and it was nice! Btw, selling finished knitting objects? Ppl sell crochet but knitting takes so much time!!! If it is like selling unworn pieces, I guess you could at moderate price, they are beautiful. Perhaps $100 for the cardigan at least?

If you update the cable vest with more sizes, would people who have already bought the pattern be able to receive the updated one or get a discount to repurchase the updated one? I would love to make it again in a bigger size!

FYI Thermal printers are not eco-friendly. The thermal coating on the paper is plastic, which makes the stickers unrecyclable regardless of the adhesive. I'm not sure about those stickers, but the thermal coating on receipts often contains BPA.

I had a really bad experience with Big Commerce. Very very poor customer service, with very rude advisors. I definitely don't recommend and I think Big Cartel is a part of the same brand. If I open my online shop again it will be with Shopify although for now I'm happy on Etsy.
