I just spent a few days training at Jimmy Lewis and your shadow during your hard brake at 1:14, showed the same form they were teaching us to maximize braking. Push straight back parallel to the seat and lift your butt to drive down the back wheel. I had to correct a bad habit from downhill mountain biking where my butt would lift first and go down at the end - from doing downhills where I lift off to get behind the bicycle seat.

That trick the person in front of you did to swing the rear around the corner in the air was the coolest thing I’ve ever seen!

You definitely saved the best for last. Look ahead. If you focus on what's directly in front of you, mistakes will be made. That's especially true when you are in a racing situation. Too many times have I gotten in trouble from getting fixed on another riders rear tire. I just do my best to look past the rider in front of me and it really improved my performance. It also helps to see a passing line that you would not have seen otherwise. Liked and subscribed 🤘

Thanks for your video tips, hope to use them soon. If the weather is good this weekend we will test them out!!! I can't wait to get my daughter a bike, she had one but dropped it and the kickstart shaft busted the case on the inside. We had just went and got her a pair of boots and planned to begin trail rides. Unfortunately she has not been able to ride with us. I feel that you would be a great inspiration for her. Thanks again for your videos!!!

I tried to find the bloopers vid mentioned in grimpossible waterfall obstacle 2018, no luck. However I did find out you are still making videos, good for you. I got back into bikes 3 years ago, started watching enduro cross training videos. Did you know your a bit of a celebrity here in BC....... well the world. 🤣 I was looking forward to meeting some of the heroes at the training sessions but stupid COVID showed up about the same time I got ready. I moved back to the island last year, the closest event is whiskey creek. I’m stoked. Stupid COVID.

Great video. Really liked #4. Will have to try that. Don’t necessarily agree with tip #2. I think I just need to be in the gear that lets me be smooth. The guy in front is a good rider. On the dark orange(?) bike.

Good videos as always. It appears the front wheel is sometimes going wide or at least where I would want it (pushing). I would suggest checking or maybe adding a turn on the rear sag because it appears you may have too much to get the bike to turn in better.

This is why when you ride Red River you need to ride with someone that knows there way around to find the sweet stuff like this. I used to love to do Enduros where as the club would pick a lot of fast and flowy stuff. It hard to find and piece together as it crosses roads and 4 wheeler trail.

if you want to get faster, enter local races. Texas has some organizations which put on great races. Also with not much public riding areas, the races are a chance to ride in other places as most are on private ranches. glad I no longer live in Tx but I do miss the races

WOW! That´s the most beautiful and flowy singletrack I´ve seen so far. Unfortunately such tracks are nowhere to find in central Europe´s publicly accessible land. I fear I´ve to come to US to get the pleasure of such trails. ? is the track on privat or public land?

Is it always better to be in a higher gear? Is sacrificing the instant torque (in case you had to clear a rock or hill or something) worth being smoother where its flat?

Many videos (or others) you hear the throttle on/off loud & frequently. Not you girl.💪🏼 Inputs (throttle, brake, clutch) that are not smooth affect the chasiss & ultimately traction in a bad way.
