Wish i could help, mate. Its awesome that the content gets around the world, and i try and make everything as cheap, generic and accessible as possible, bur yeh, unfortunate that some of the stuff just isnt available in some places. But essentially anything high in that potassium, calcium/ sulphur.. if not, go option 3 👌haha
