Tiramisu Coffee Cake Recipe in Urdu Hindi - RKK

My dadi taught me this years ago. Exactly same recipe but she never used mascarpone since it's not easily available in Pakistan. If it is, it's really expensive so only used whipped cream. In pakistan you can use plain cake or cake rusk of dawn or pearl continental or any bakery for this purpose and rather than dipping, simply align the cake or cake rusk and then pour coffee on top of it. That's a better way of soaking it. And on the top she use to garnish with walnuts and shredded milk chocolate. That adds a nice crunch to it.

Respect to your dadi . I also use rusk or sponge cakes instead of lady finger biscuits . Instead of mascarpone cheese I use cheese cream. Amazing recipe .
