Today, we have prepared a very special recipe.
We live in a city called Treviso near Venice, in Italy. Treviso is the home of Tiramisu, a representative Italian dessert.
Today's recipe is not a traditional Treviso tiramisu recipe. We have prepared a more special tiramisu recipe that we learned from Treviso native Fabrizio's mother.
Originally, the traditional tiramisu recipe contains raw eggs. But I don't want to use raw eggs because there is a risk of salmonella. His mother taught me how to make delicious tiramisu without using raw eggs.

200-300 g of Savoiardi biscuits
250 g mascarpone cheese
250 g ricotta cheese
Coffee (espresso)
Cacao powder 2T
Sugar 2T
If you don't like it sweet, it's okay if you don't put it in the sugar! When I eat alone, I eat without sugar :)
Caution! Eggs are still in the savoiardi cookies, it's just that in this recipe we didn't put raw eggs to make the cream. If you have allergies, you should NOT eat tiramisu!
