@@swinneyfuller I stopped because I ate something with a no ingredient 😭 but I felt pretty good after like day 5..I got halfway..I'll do it again in October. I am trying to stay dairy and gluten free though because I did feel less achy ..I recommend it but just be very careful about any food you didn't make yourself! It's only 30 days lol..I screwed the pooch 🤦

Simple carbs have the same effect since they are also simple sugars. Eat a carb-filled lunch and you're nodding off in an hour... Make sure to have some lean protein with meals!

Timing is weird for this video!! I ate way too much sugar yesterday at a Memorial Day event and I woke up with aches and pains all over, tired and headachey. I think it was the sugar. Lots of water and just a little bit of caffeine in tea made all the difference

My husband has an out of control sweet tooth & I have stayed on him about it countless times, but to no avail!! I’m very concerned about him!! I don’t hardly cook anything with sugar or very little of it when I do. I use to bake a lot but when he had a heart attack, I quit doing that! He tells me he’s going to take the trash to the dumpster or go for gasoline etc., & comes back with 3-4 bags of candy & an icee!!! It’s frustrating & has me quite concerned. Any suggestions would be appreciated!! Thank you Dr.

This is a one-sided view on dopamine. Dopamine isn't bad. People with anxiety, depression, and ADHD often have a deficit of dopamine in their brains.

I hear ya! When I was a kid, my Mom would give us candy when we were ill. She knew we were really sick, if we refused to eat the candy. Now I'm in my 60's and sitting here with hard candy in my mouth.

Jack Lalanne was a fitness guru. Before he started his fitness quest he was also addicted to sugar. He lived to be 96yrs old. If your friends and family are eating sugar you have an uphill battle. You have to find those who think like you and have the same goals. I dont know how Jack stopped but Im pretty sure he didnt do it alone.

If you think you are diabetic, you need to see a doctor to get tested. Regardless, for many people, diabetes can be controlled or at least minimized through diet. I know several people who have done this.

I have one eye darker than the other underneath (dark circle) can anyone explain as to what is causing this? BTW the side I normally expose most to the sun, my left side is the least noticeable so I can rule that out

Pray 4 good health, read the scriptures, I once had a bad ear pain, (I usually read the Bible, ) but even that day after work, I opened the scriptures, New Testament Mathews, and began reading it, just like I normally do, And bam, the pain dimmed away, until I realized it waz gun.... Mathews talks all miracles healing, I never knew this, I just experienced it, and realized cause I read, the actual chapter Mathews, and put two and two together, was all about healing...
