The 5 acupuncture points mentioned in the video include: - Behind the ear: Located in the hollow behind the mastoid process, massage in clockwise circles 100 to 200 times. - Inside the temporomandibular joint: Located in the hollow behind the ear when you open your jaw, press and hold for 30 seconds to 1 and a half minutes. - Tragus: Located on the small flap of cartilage in front of the ear canal, push it in or pinch it and hold for 30 seconds to 1 and a half minutes. - Earlobe: Pinch and massage the earlobe with your thumb and forefinger for 30 seconds to 1 and a half minutes. - Mid-ear: Grab the middle of the outer ear, pull the ear outwards while opening and closing your mouth, repeat for 1 minute. Reducing refined sugar consumption. Getting enough sleep. Staying hydrated. Exercising regularly. Eating more fresh, whole foods.

Started 10 months ago, thought it was noise from electric lights, because I hear them, especially in large stores with fluorescent lights. One time through these exercises, and the noise stopped. After the fifth rotation, I felt relief! Not even up to a hundred. It is Friday, and I can’t wait to do this to my husband! He has had terrible headaches for years. We just recently discovered the stellate gaglion nerve and how to stimulate it. #1, got the teeth fixed. #2 Buccal massage #3, the “ferengie ear massage” STAR TREK method But the depression in that spot on the neck, specifically, I’m gonna try it. I have severe tinnitus and it is unbearable at times.....I pray and ask the Lord for His Grace when it is overwhelming and I can't sleep, and He gives me His grace to endure this. Same here too I too suffer from terrible tinnitus which I have for years I pray daily the God will impart knowledge to someone to come out with a cure or at least some relief. When I went to Bangalore for a holiday I visited my once family doctor who , when I told him about my tinnitus. This is what he said Mr Peacock, there's no cure for it you will have to live with it, the shock was , he said treat it as your companion meaning try to learn to accept it and get on with your life as some have committed suicide because of tinnitus. Thank God He has kept me going, and I pray He will help others also

I've had tinnitus since I was 3 and I'm half way through 45. The good news is I've had it so long that I've been able to tune it out. It wasn't until I was 21 that I even thought to ask if anyone else heard the high pitched ringing, I just assumed everyone did. I can only imagine the torture it would be for someone who has only recently encountered it. That said, the only reason I'd be interested in stopping it is simply to know what silence sounds like. Isn't that funny? It's a curiosity more than a necessity. Will try and see if it does anything.

I’m only 22 and I’ve been struggling with tinnitus for about 5 years now. It goes up and down, I had chronic migraines growing up so perhaps that’s something that’s caused it? It’s recently been worse and I really don’t know why which is why it makes me so anxious. It really sucks to feel this way. I wish there was a free group of people to talk to who also struggle

I've had tinnitus all my life, born with it. I thought it was normal and like that for everyone. Only when I was about 40 I found out the truth about it. It got worse over the years and now, at 70, my right ear is unbearable. Almost. Having had tinnitus all my life is now and advantage, I learned how to balance it out and (mostly) ignore it. But getting deaf on top of that is quite the social handicap: I prefer - by choice! - to stay home alone in pure silence and solitude. God is always with me and that is enough for me! ❤🙏 Trust me guys: there is no cure for tinnitus, you can only learn to live with it.
