MISO SALMON

1.5 tbsp. soy sauce/ tamari
1 tsp. honey
1 inch thumb ginger
½ chilli flakes
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion granules
3 tbsp. lime juice
3 tbsp. olive oil
SPICY PEANUT NOODLES
(Peanut sauce)
3 tbsp. peanut butter
1.5 tbsp. tamari
1 tbsp. rice mirin
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. harissa paste (depending on spiciness of paste)
3 garlic cloves
1 inch thumb ginger
80 ml water

½ white cabbage

100g tender stem
