Tissue culture is about to become a requirement along with testing.. HLV and fusarium are destroying growers right now. Anyone who thinks they will be able to be successful with a Athena tissue culture kit at culturing plants is going to be highly disappointed. It is very difficult to do.

I have this kit but previously when doing other tissue culture I've used distilled water. I wanna follow you and use filtered water, does a generic bottle of water work sufficiently?
