My favorite was the Atlas. I think that’s probably why Ion is my main go-to Titan in Titanfall 2 Atlas - Ion, Tone Ogre - Scorch, Legion Stryder - Ronin, Northstar Vanguard - Monarch

My main problem with TF2 is how the Titans were executed. The Titans in this were fully customizable with their weapons and abilities giving you that sense of, "you're a soldier and this is your standard-issue titan" giving you a sense that this titan was your very own that could be customized and made you feel more like a soldier, compared to a hero-type system that TF2 has with its abilities and stuff locked into one titan and that soldier feel being lost. I don't really know how to explain it, but TF1 just had better Titans in my opinion.

I agree but, I think this change is justified because unlike Tf 1 you were a standard soldier, in Tf 2 you are a mercenary. after the destruction of Demeter and that both sides had spent many resources, they resorted to the use of mercenaries to fill their ranks, that's why in the multiplayer there are "factions", they are the clients that hired you for that specific mission, that's also why you can change of faction without there being a discrepancy. you are someone who was paid and treated as such, an example is the dialogue of Sarah Briggs when you are on a roll; "hire the right guy", or with Ash saying "Binson Dynamics appreciates your cooperation". Just as in Tf1 you could feel like a real soldier, in Tf2 you still feel like a simple mercenary, and how you customize your pilot and titan feel like that. your suit and weapon skin are flashy, your titan is painted and etched with grafiti (probably painted by you) and you try to fight for pay.

@@eldevastador6271 There's plenty of evidence pointing towards the fact that you play (or at least can headcanon you're playing as) a mercenary Titan Pilot in TF|1. Hell, the tutorial _alone_ is enough evidence.

I was playing it the other day and it doesn’t hold up well compared to TF2. Everything is so much refined in TF2 plus TF1 had its fair share of unbalanced stuff. I absolutely loved TF1. Have like 40 days played on it.. but it’s like going back to okay golden eye on the N64. It was great for its time

The stryder was the only titan I used right after getting it and I dominated. As much as I hate to admit it, I didn't play on Xbox one when it came out so it's not that big of a flex tbh :( I still loved the game though.

Titanfall 1 has been pulled from storefronts. It is now only possible to play it by getting a Deluxe Edition or Standard+Season Pass cd keys (otherwise free DLCs are not available!). The servers on PC are hit or miss in terms of their status, mostly missing a hit. The servers on both Xbox consoles are 100% working properly and the servers on Xbox One have a healthy player base. Come and play with us on xbox 2023😊

More accurately: Ronin and Northstar use modified Strider chassis Legion and Scorch use modified Ogre chassis Ion and Tone use modified Atlas chassis Monarch uses a reverse engineered Vanguard chassis (though isn’t Vanguard class itself)
