Title of this Background Music? Thanks

Quite curious about the title of this background music, since it is rare. Trying to trace it via Midomi, yet can't identified.
Anyways, please help me to find the title of this song, so I may familiar about this musical background. This was the theme music for now defunct DYAB and DYAB TeleRadyo (replaced as TeleRadyo Cebu). This was used only while waiting for the anchor to speak.
However, there is a longer version of this used in PTV-4's "Negosyo at Iba Pa" in 2007. PTV-4 then was NBN-4. Therefore, this theme is not exclusive for ABS-CBN.

Note: TeleRadyo Cebu Channel is now replaced as "Sibya TV", managed by former DYAB anchors and reporters. ABS-CBN allowed them to have the channel as theirs, provided to rename and delete contents which is intellectually owned by ABS-CBN. Good thing I managed to record this.

@miguel veloso I managed to record it before their final bow last August 28. After August 28, all of the videos which is intellectually owned by ABS-CBN are hidden/deleted, as ABS-CBN allow them to have the channel as theirs, resulting to rename "Teleradyo Cebu" to "Sibya TV".

...however, this theme was also used on PTV-4's Negosyo at Iba Pa. However, this version used in DYAB was shorter, compared to PTV-4 (it was NBN-4) at that time.

@Oskee Media I have difficulty to trace this music, since this is a rare. Good thing I managed to record it before DYAB anchors, who managed DYAB Cebu's KZbin Channel (renamed Teleradyo Cebu, after the network's shutdown) deleted contents which is considered intellectual property of ABS-CBN, prior for renaming as Sibya TV, to have the channel as theirs. However, there is a longer version of this used in PTV-4's "Negosyo at Iba Pa" in 2007. PTV-4 then was NBN-4. Maybe I need some help here, since I have an important errands to do for the whole month.
