Seriously have not watched much KZbin for the past couple of months yet have noticed marked difference in your swing. You were on a diet last time I watched and your new physique is great. The benefit shows in your better shoulder turn, you're completing the back swing and following through to make superb contact with the ball. In all the years I've been watching I can't recall you playing the ball better than you did today in this video. Well done for that, the video content has always been superb.

Played pro v1 for years. Best ball for me. Like the feel off my soft putter face. Saying that, tried a dozen Inesis 900 tour balls after a recent ball study "cough Mgs cough" and gotta say the similarities to prov1 was very surprising at £20 a dozen. Great vid as always.

Hi mark at it took a few videos to warm up to your humor at first but I must say you keep me dying in your less serious videos and still do the absolute best job in teaching the technicalities and numbers behind our game that said I use very very cheap precept power drive because I lose to many only having played less than a year. Big thanks from Philadelphia

I 'revert' to the Srixon Soft Feel (in yellow following your lead), but are happy to play with 'football' Calloway's... Why Srixon Soft Feel, I bought 6 (a big thing for a beginner), broke 90 at Old Thorns (Hampshire) as a real beginner and won the Gold Society by about 10 shots! Hence always good memories of the Srixon Soft Feel, but I am happy to try your Titleist and let you know when I brake 80 with them!

Hi Mark, I've just started playing the Truefeel ball from using the Prov1.. This due to weather conditions that we are now facing as club golfer. I must admit I am really pleased with the performance and results from using this ball. For the money and performance you get I believe you cant go wrong going into the winter months.. Although come next spring when the courses become more playable I will revert back to the Prov1..

Dear Mark, I was an aspiring junior reaching single handicap at 12 and was at 4 by the time I was 14. It was like set in stone that I would one day work in golf. Then it just stopped for me, I struggled in tournaments and stopped to reach the goals my pro set for me. He blamed it on me, that I didn't practice enough although I spent so many nights at the chipping and pitching area and biking home way past dark. I grew hatred to the game and although I never started playing any other sports I just couldn't get anywhere, especially mentally. Now I'm 32 and I'm still struggling to pick up a golf club without getting bad feelings. Still, every year or two I watch a couple of your videos and I get really excited about playing again, all the good memories return. But usually just 1-2 hours at the range or 9 holes completely drains me and my thoughts always circle around what could have been had I only been better. I wish I could somehow return to the game and feel excited about playing and accepting that I might never play at the level I did back then - but still go out and enjoy hitting the ball without taking it so seriously. Do you have any experience of this or any suggestions for how I could find my love for the game again? Best regards /Hannes, Sweden

Mark, Have used Prov1 for some years, but can’t really justify the cost as my ability will not allow me to take advantage of it around the greens. Just played a true feel today and really impressed. At my level(14.5 index) and age 67, it’s plenty good enough. Probably will switch, though am also testing Callaway erc soft and Inisis tour from Decathlon, as I buy these in Spain for the winter. Greens are more receptive there and stopping power less important. Great channel. Keep it up!

Greetings Mark, normally play with the Yellow ProV1 , love the ProV1 but after losing a few i started to play a bit defensive so have been trying a few quality cheaper balls not luck so far, then the Trufeel arrives, just bought a sleeve of Yellow TruFeel and took them out on the course today, played 9 holes put my ProV1 up against the Trufeel, and was pleased with the result, not so much difference of the driver maybe a little more roll with the Trufeel, pleased with shots off the fairway and the higher flight and finally a cheaper ball that has a nice feel and comparable shots in and around the green, i also felt some confidence to have a crack at shots I have been avoiding, looking forward to a club match Saturday with the Trufeel. Thanks for your great videos and advice Happy Golfing cheers Aussie Dave

I've been playing the True Feel ball for the past couple of weeks. I've been pleasantly surprised at how will the ball stops on approach shots. For this senior player, I alternate between the Tru Feel and the Pro V1X. I can't tell a difference between them. Maybe I am not a good enough player, but I've been playing a long, long time. Both balls feel great, seem to go the same difference, and the Tru Feel has some stopping power--maybe not as much as Pro V1X, but most amateurs may not have the game to notice. Just one opinion. And thanks, Mark, for your channel and reviews. Always informative and always entertaining.
