I totally believe him. I saw Kox when I was a little kid at a local card. All of us little kids ran up to him as he came out. He looked down at me with that crazy look, reached out and lightly squeezed my head. Just lightly, but it felt like I was caught in a vise. We loved him.

Kox scared me just watching him on TV when he wrestled here in Fort Worth during the 60's. He showed no mercy even 2 the Refs....( see Ref. Marvin Jones ). Even Billy Red Lyons seemed scared of him!

Killer Karl Kox and his run was more then a decade before i was born.. I have heard the name, i guess its time then to check out some of his matches.. Enjoy hearing these Stories of the Old ways of Professional Wrestling or "Wrasslin" as its called in some parts of the country..

Heel or face, I couldn’t help but be drawn in by ol’ Killer. You just HAD to respect him, he was that good.

I think Murdock learned a lot from Kox.
