From Santiago de Chile I greet you Tito Santana and thank you for this magnificent material. I heard Traffic for the first time in my country more than 50 years ago in a pioneering rock radio program here in Chile called *Alto Voltaje*... this band Traffic was one of my favorites in those years of my adolescence, little by little Little by little, as the years went by, I got to know this tremendous English group and their music better. In this millennium, thanks to the website, I know their entire Traffic discography and Steve's other works, which are countless... I never thought that today I would be able to see them here in KZbin a video with the performance of this tremendous musician 2 days after he performed in New York.. *Blessed Technology*!!!

Steve Winwood an opening act???!!! Say it ain't so!!! He should be the headliner!!!!
@isotopefeeney3 ай бұрын
I'm sure he COULD be headliner if he wanted to. Over the years I've gotten the impression that he's more comfortable doing this (opening): the pressure is off him to sell tickets, he can do a shorter (1 hour) set & stick to known material, and people don't feel short-changed. Just my opinion.

Definitely not. Even at his 80s peak when he did headline arenas, the kids would come back from the show saying "Level 42 was better". Winwood is an incredible recording artist and music virtuoso. He's not a connect-with-the-back-of-the-room arena live personality.
